Our Organizer is Er.J.JAYARUBAN. He was graduated in Civil Engineering from Karunya   Institute of Technology under Barathiar University, Coimbatore. He has 10 years’ experience in the field of Civil Engineering in different tributaries like Valuation, Quantity Surveying, Planning, Designing and Architects Since 2004. He has established this Association in the year of 2011 as Building Valuation in India. He is an energetic person who works actively for his Client's Fulfillment.

 Also the main object of the Building Valuation follows: A comprehensive onsite internal and external inspection of the property. Investigation as to the property’s Legal Description and Resource Management Considerations. Interpretation of current marketplace. Investigation and analysis of recent comparable sales with proximity to the   property being valued.

The Civil Engineers of Building Valuation has Permitted by Institution of Valuers (IOV) is a leading association of valuation professionals in India, It was the first national professional valuation society to be established in 1968 (Registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860) with branches in the majority of states of India.
